We build on hands-on experience within the public safety domain and work every day in service of first responders. Founders

Futurised was founded by Robbert Heinecke and Juliette Kraal. Together, they share a passion for innovation and technology in the public safety domain.

Robbert brings over 25 years of experience as a program manager, project leader, and operational commander within the fire service (Incident Commander). For many years, he has integrated innovative technologies such as drones, robotics, and sensors into operational teams and has led projects focused on improving the safety of first responders. Robbert is also the founder of the “Team Digitale Verkenning” within the Dutch fire service.

Juliette brings extensive experience from the Netherlands Institute for Public Safety, where she led projects and acted as a key link between policy, practice, and research. She has worked on connecting strategic insights to daily operations and guiding initiatives that strengthen collaboration and knowledge development. Juliette is also skilled in translating complex challenges into practical solutions and contributes to a strong substantive foundation for innovation and societal impact.

Together, they founded Futurised to make technology, data, and human-centered innovation truly workable for first responders.

Lead Vehicle Systems Engineer

Arno is co-founder of Futurised Special Vehicles and responsible for the design, integration and technical development of the vehicle systems. With his extensive experience in electrical installations, energy systems and vehicle integration, he translates complex technical challenges into reliable and practical solutions. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of Victron energy systems and mobile power solutions, he develops systems that are efficient, user-friendly and tailored to real-world use.

Junior Vehicle Systems Engineer

Jeftha supports the technical team in the construction, preparation and finishing of vehicles within Futurised Special Vehicles. He contributes to a wide range of projects and supports the daily activities in the workshop. With a practical mindset, an eye for detail and a strong motivation to further develop his skills in vehicle technology, he is a valuable addition to the team. By working closely with experienced colleagues, he continues to build his knowledge and skills within the world of special vehicles and mobile systems every day.

Academy & Vehicle Systems Operations Manager

Nathalie is co-founder of Futurised Special Vehicles and responsible for the day-to-day operations. She coordinates Special Vehicles’s operational processes and acts as the link between customers, suppliers and the technical team. With her structured approach, she ensures that projects run efficiently, from planning and procurement to administration and customer support. In addition, she plays an important role in the development of the Futurised Academy, where she is responsible for the organisation, coordination and further expansion of training courses, knowledge sharing and educational programmes. Her focus is on reliability, clarity and creating a solid foundation on which projects and people can grow successfully.
