We have successfully transferred our twenty years of experience in innovative research and consultancy within first responders to many other application domains. We support our clients in defining the operational concept for upgrading or replacing a system, exploring possible solutions and scenarios, and drawing up use cases, operational requirements and expected benefits. An example of this is the design and implementation of a decision support tool that helps first responders make the right decisions under time pressure. We support organizations in all phases of the design of new tools, from selecting requirements to design and evaluation. We guide organizations during the procurement, adaptation and installation of new systems. We specialize in performing validation activities throughout the entire project cycle (planning, execution, analysis, reporting), applying innovative methodologies that are tailored to different levels of technological maturity. We combine qualitative and quantitative insights in an iterative process. We combine our operational experience with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and performance indicators and make them transparent via user-friendly dashboards. In this way, we provide our customers and partners with valuable insights and reports to support decision-making. In addition, we facilitate the efficient integration of AI-driven solutions and the transition to higher levels of automation. In doing so, we also pay attention to legal and ethical aspects, such as liability in the event of incidents and the requirements for explainable, ethical and responsible artificial intelligence.
